Q:
How do I place my order?

A: Just send us an email or call us!

Q: How much notice do you need ?

A: Depending on the service of course, we can usually tend to your request within one business day. Events require at least 2 weeks notice, but we are flexible.

Q: When do you require payment of your services?

A: Payment is due upon acceptance of contract or membership and or completion of service.
For larger events a deposit will be required.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We will accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, through our paypal account online. Cheques and cash are also accepted

Q: What happens if I cancel a request.

A: If you cancel your request within 2 business days we will refund your money less a 10% cancellation fee.

Q: Can I share my membership with family and friends.

A: Yes you can share your membership with one other party, but payment must come from the primary membership holder.
